Twin Cam and Evo Big Twin Our
valves are manufactured in-house from 21-4N stainless steel with
polished tuliped heads. The backside is machined with a .750"
radius to increase the flow characteristics and nitrided along with the
stem to minimize wear. The valve seating area measures .060" wide
on the exhaust valves and .045" wide on the intake valves. The head
diameter has been increased by 20 percent to 1.687" on the exhaust
and 1.937" on the intake. Valve stem clearance is fit to .001"
on the intake and .002" on the exhaust. Evolution
Sportster and Buell Our valves

Flow valves are the highest quality ever developed for HD. The intake is
made of solid Tool Steel tested at "68" Rockwell with polished
head and nitrided stem. The
exhaust is made of Stainless Tool Steel with polished head and nitrided
stem, resisting distortion and wear at temperatures in excess of 2200
degrees. These valves are guaranteed
for the life of your engine. Knuckle
and Panheads are updated to accommodate 1.937" intake valves. Iron
Sportster updated to 1.750" exhaust valves. The valves are hand
lapped to the seat for a positive seal.
